This is a large textured mixed media collage on stretched canvas. The canvas measures 60 cm tall by 80 cm wide or 2 foot tall by 2 foot 8 inches wide.. This Gustav Klimt-inspired abstract artwork evokes a luminous, dreamlike presence - suggestive of a wing, waves or a mountain range unfolding - surrounded by constellations of circular forms, recalling celestial bodies or whispered thoughts suspended in motion. The palette of lavender, aqua, pink and gold nods to Klimt’s ornamental richness while remaining distinctly contemporary and introspective. The surface shimmers with gold accents and the textural layers create a sense of gentle ascent, as if the figure is both emerging from and dissolving into the atmosphere. Ornate yet distinctly personal, the work reads as a meditation on emergence: a body, an idea, or a self forming amid a field of luminous possibilities.
This picture is supplied varnished with an ultraviolet light-protective varnish which protects against fading and discolouration with time. It is supplied complete with a 1.5 cm black-and-gold foil wooden floating frame. These frames are like shallow boxes or trays in which the picture is mounted with a 3-4 mm 'shadow gap' between the frame and picture. The pictures are affixed using velcro so can be repositioned within the frame or removed to flush mount the frame on a wall. The artwork is supplied ready to hang with D-rings and cord. It comes complete with a certificate of authenticity. .
