Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.

Limited downloading or printing of website pages is permitted for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Artwork Images

Every effort has been made to display colours, textures and dimensions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly depending upon your monitor, mobile device or screen settings.

These minor differences do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for return.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.

A contract is formed only when payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

• an item has already been sold
• pricing errors have occurred
• stock information is incorrect
• fraud is suspected
• payment cannot be authorised

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

7. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices may be changed without notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, delays occasionally occur that are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.

Risk passes to the customer once the artwork has been delivered.

10. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you may have cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, except where exemptions apply.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Returned items should be:

• unused
• in their original condition
• securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs of:

• the artwork
• the packaging
• the shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

12. Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created specifically for each client.

Before work begins we will normally agree:

• subject matter
• dimensions
• colour palette
• medium
• timescale
• price

A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. Reasonable progress updates may be provided during the creative process.

Because commissioned artwork is personalised, it cannot normally be cancelled or returned once work has begun, except where required by law.

Copyright always remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This website may contain links to external websites.

These are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
