Hollyhocks is a joyful mixed media artwork inspired by the exuberant colour and vertical rhythm of a summer flower garden.
This collage celebrates the simple pleasure of flowers in full bloom and the colour, texture and spontaneity that nature brings to my work. Layers of painted and collaged textures create tall stems and clusters of blooms in shades of pink, magenta, coral and golden yellow, set against a richly textured green background.
