In this cut paper collage on card, a stylised peacock is surrounded by lush, bold flowers and berries in vivid hues accompanied by green leaves - all set on a dotted gold and white background.  The peacock’s body is a meticulously layered mosaic of scalloped, overlapping paper pieces in colours ranging from deep indigo and cobalt blue to emerald green and turquoise, with flashes of gold mimicking feathers. The red crest of the peacock gives a regal, festive, crown-like flair.
