Hazel Herald

Part of my Aureole Collection, Hazel Herald depicts a watchful red squirrel at the heart of a rich, ornamental aureole. Surrounded by winter foliage, seasonal details and intricate patterns, the piece celebrates the quiet magic of the British woodland in winter. This collage has the character of a woodland emblem — part portrait, part heraldic fantasy — capturing the beauty and charm of the season.

Pictured with Winter Sentinel and Moon Hare.
